Prototype
We have in the past done contract manufacturing for several parts in the medical industry. By having the in house design talent special prototype fixtures are designed and tested in a fraction of the time. The picture below, on the dime, is part of an assembly that we contracted to manufacture with a plastic top that is stud welded on and a .004 thick razor blade spot welded in place with an accuracy of .0002.
